Tai chi (short for T'ai chi ch'üan) is artistic combat gymnastics with self-defense methods originated from China and was created couple centuries ago.
In last fifty years, TAI CHI become popular practice in the rest of the world. It´s practiced in hospitals, colleges and sport clubs.

Chinese gymnastic of TAI CHI probably evolved from ancient forms of eastern mortal arts, healing, philosophical and spiritual practices.

    Headmaster of Thai chi Praha school, Josef Čulák, had studied in military high school in Žilin, and finished his education with postgraduate studies at Military academy in Brno. Now he is in reserve and devote himself to Tai chi studies.

The more I explore a secret power and deeps of this ancient mortal art, the more fascinated I´m becoming. This is why I decided to offer my skills and knowledge mainly to those, for whom these trainings are necessity to maintain their medical condition – seniors and elderly people.
