Karina Mazur is our leading, certified therapeutic yoga trainer and non-medical practitioner and naturopath. She speaks Czech, English, Russian and Spanish.

She was born in 1974 in Moscow, but in different periods of her life she has been living in Finland, Spain until she has settled finally in Czech Republic.
She practices yoga for over 20 years, but started teaching yoga only in 2014 after completing the courses of the great masters of Yoga Therapy. Until now she is studying different therapeutical methods and due to that she has developed her own way of teaching using special exercises and equipment during classes.
In her yoga teaching she pays great attention to the therapeutical postures and slow movements with the correct breathing. The main objective of her yoga classes is a prevention or treatment of diseases of the back and the musculoskeletal system. In addition, she is the only certified teacher in Czech Republic who works with special therapeutical equipment – the BackMitra.

Her non-medical practice as a naturopath includes different non-invasive techniques such as Biomagnetic therapy, Colorpuncture and Crystal therapy. These therapies are the biggest passion of her life as all these methods combine holistic approach, wisdom of the ancient medicine and researches of modern science (quantic physics and bioenergetic). She sees these methods as an important part of the future medicine.
