Long Tai Chi form focused on correct execution of techniques and alignment of positions
Tui Shou – partner exercises to understand Tai Chi positions
Qigong with focus on correct posture
Intended for beginners who want to learn how to protect their joints—especially knees and spine—and practice cleansing Qigong. Naturally, everyone will progress a little further in their own level of form study.
