From now on, we also offer morning fitness classes for women led by a new trainer.
The classes are designed for women who want to safely strengthen their body, improve their fitness, feel firmer, more confident, and have more energy in everyday life. The training is gentle and effective, with an emphasis on correct technique, the individual abilities of each woman, and a pleasant atmosphere without pressure or excessive restrictions.
What can you expect?
The training combines strength and functional exercises focused on the whole body. We use dumbbells, resistance bands, light weights, and bodyweight exercises.
This makes the class varied, effective, and suitable for women who want to exercise safely, sensibly, and with long-term results.
The class is led by Sergej Černega, a personal trainer with more than 8 years of experience. He trains regularly himself and has helped many people transform their body, fitness, and attitude toward movement.
Sergej focuses mainly on correct exercise technique, strength and functional training, nutrition correction, and a healthier lifestyle. His approach is calm, practical, and supportive — without unnecessary pressure, drastic diets, or strict limitations.
